Adamsdesk Knowledge Base (Adamsdesk KB) website, media content and related service(s) is operated by Adam Douglas.
These are the general terms and conditions on which Adamsdesk KB supply all service(s). Additional terms may apply if you have agreed to pay for service(s). If you use Adamsdesk KB service(s), you agree to abide by these terms.
Adamsdesk KB processes personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. As part of this agreement you consent to Adamsdesk KB doing so. You should read the policy carefully, especially if you have any concerns about your privacy.

Adamsdesk KB strive to the highest standards to provide the service(s) to be reliable, useful and fair. However, Adamsdesk KB services are provided "AS-IS" and "as available" and Adamsdesk KB does not guarantee or promise any specific results from use of the Adamsdesk KB services. Adamsdesk KB expressly disclaims any warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In particular, Adamsdesk KB makes no warranty that your use of the Adamsdesk KB services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free or that any information obtained by you on, through or in connection with the Adamsdesk KB services or third party services (including but not limited to, through user content or third party advertisements) will be accurate or reliable. Under no circumstances will Adamsdesk KB be responsible for any loss or damage, including but not limited to, property damage, personal injury or death, resulting from use of the Adamsdesk KB services, problems or technical malfunction in connection with use of the Adamsdesk KB services, attendance at a Adamsdesk KB event, any material downloaded or otherwise obtained in connection with the Adamsdesk KB services, any user content, third party advertisement or third party service posted on, through or in connection with the Adamsdesk KB services, or the conduct of any users of the Adamsdesk KB services, whether online or offline. Your use of user content, third party advertisements, third party services and the goods or services provided by any third parties is solely your responsibility and at your own risk. User Content, third party advertisements and third party services do not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of Adamsdesk KB.

What You Agree¶
You agree not to use Adamsdesk KB services to do any of the following:
- Illegal activity either where you are located and/or where Adamsdesk KB are located
- Cause nuisances to other users of Adamsdesk KB services
- bullying
- doxing
- hatred
- harassment
- personal attack
- racism
- troll
- Interfere with the normal operation of services
- Try to access systems in any way other than advertised
Third Party Services¶
Some of Adamsdesk KB services along with activities are conducted using third party services. If you use these third party services you are responsible for complying with any terms of service of the third party along with any additional policies.
What Adamsdesk KB Does With Your Content¶
If you contribute content to any of Adamsdesk KB services, for example by commenting on a post, or uploading data, then as a general rule you agree to license that content to Adamsdesk KB under the same license as prevails for that service or website.
For example: any comment you make on the post, which is licensed under the copyright license, will be licensed to Adamsdesk KB under the same license.
Adamsdesk KB's Content¶
All of Adamsdesk KB services are offered under the copyright license unless stated otherwise.
Ownership Does Not Change¶
As a general rule, this agreement will not change the ownership of any intellectual property belonging to either party. Where your content is used by Adamsdesk KB or vice versa both you and Adamsdesk KB would do so under a license (see above).
Revisions¶
When this Terms of Use is updated Adamsdesk KB will let you know about any material changes, either by notifying you on the website or by sending an email message. Any changes will be binding on you from the moment Adamsdesk KB announce them.
General Conditions¶
If any part of this agreement is unlawful or ineffective for any legal means then the rest of this agreement should be read without it.
This agreement is not intended to give anyone else any rights and is only between you (the user) and Adamsdesk KB. At times by choice or unknowingly Adamsdesk KB may fail to enforce our rights under this agreement. Therefore, if Adamsdesk KB have not enforced any of our rights, does not stop Adamsdesk KB from doing so in the future.
Neither party is liable for anything which is beyond their reasonable control.
