How To Clear Mozilla Firefox Cache

Desktop

Confirmed with Mozilla Firefox v85.0.

  1. Click on the Mozilla Firefox app.
  2. Click on the menu button and then click on "Preferences".
  3. Click on "Privacy & Security" panel.
  4. Click on "Clear Data..." button under "Cookies and Site Data".
  5. Click on the box next to "Cached Web Content" to place a check mark.
  6. Click on the box next to "Cookies and Site Data" to remove check mark.
  7. Click on the "Clear" button.
  8. Close the "Preferences" tab.

Mobile

Android

Confirmed with Mozilla Firefox v85.1.

  1. Touch on the Mozilla Firefox app.
  2. Touch on the context menu then touch on "Settings".
  3. Touch on "Delete browsing data" under "Privacy and security".
  4. Touch on "Cached images and files" to place a check mark.
  5. Touch on "Delete browsing data" button.
  6. Touch "Delete" in confirmation dialog.

iOS

Confirmed with Mozilla Firefox Daylight v31.0.

  1. Touch on the Mozilla Firefox app.

  2. Touch on the menu button located at the bottom right.

    Note: On an iPad the menu is located at the top right.

  3. Touch on "Your Library".

  4. Touch on "History" from the bottom panel.
  5. Touch "Clear Recent History...".
  6. Touch desired time frame to clear.
